Adam and Shoshana Chaim are the Plant Trainers and they are so excited to help you improve your quality of life through nutrition and fitness. After Adam experienced a life-altering health diagnosis, he did a complete 180 and changed his diet and discovered that his new way of eating improved his health and his fitness! It took Shoshana a longer time to transition and even longer for the children, but now they are using their experiences to help others.

Adam and Shoshana Chaim are the co-hosts of the popular Plant Trainers Podcast, helping you improve your quality of life through nutrition and fitness.
