#255: How healing from severe endometriosis changed her life and prompted a radical career change with Chef Bai Ruskus

"I'd say most people aren't born vegan. It's very much the opposite. We find this lifestyle through trial and error, sickness, and learning about things... For me, it was my journey with endometriosis that brought me here. And just having chronic pain for 16 years and trying absolutely everything, being totally ignored by all my doctors, having no one to turn to. So I pretty much just turned to myself and I went plant-based as an experiment." –Chef Bai Ruskus
